Mr. Jolley is a
registered patent attorney and a member of the Utah
State Bar. Mr. Jolley has experience
preparing and prosecuting domestic and foreign
patent applications, primarily in the mechanical and electrical engineering fields. He has drafted and
prosecuted patent applications in a wide range of
technologies, including electro-mechanical systems, computer software, e-commerce technologies and business methods, vascular implant and closure devices, subterranean drilling systems, and optics.
Before joining ALG, Mr. Jolley worked for a nationally
and internationally recognized intellectual property law firm specializing in prosecution and litigation in Salt
Lake City.
