Bryan Bryner
Registered Patent Attorney
Bryan Bryner is a registered patent attorney and a member of the Utah State Bar. Bryan focuses his practice on preparing and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications in technical fields such as medical devices, mass spectrometry, chromatography, optics, computer vision and digital imaging systems, display devices, semiconductors, mechanical devices, and materials. Bryan also performs patent opinion work and counsels clients on patent portfolio management.
Before joining ALG, Bryan worked at a local Salt Lake City law firm where he handled IP matters as well as commercial litigation. Bryan also previously was in-house counsel at a software company where he was responsible for all IP matters in addition to general corporate matters. During his undergraduate studies, Bryan worked as a chemistry teaching assistant and a research assistant in BYU’s catalysis and DIPPR labs.
Outside of the office Bryan enjoys baseball, playing sports, camping, hiking, gardening, exploring Utah’s incredible outdoors, and spending time with his family.
