Justin Lingard is a registered patent attorney and a member of the Virginia State Bar. Throughout his career, Justin has participated in all aspects of U.S. patent prosecution, including numerous examiner interviews at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, appeals, and personal appearances before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences.

Justin has prosecution experience in a wide variety of technologies, including medical devices, image forming systems, exposure methods, image processing, display systems, immersion lithography devices, and hybrid vehicles/fuel systems. Justin also has extensive experience prosecuting design patent applications and advising clients regarding design patent protection.

Prior to joining ALG, Justin practiced as a patent attorney with a nationally recognized law firm in Alexandria, Virginia. Justin also spent time at the Office of the Solicitor at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office in Washington, D.C.
