Chi Nguyen is a patent engineer with limited recognition to practice in patent matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Ms. Nguyen has passed the Patent Bar Exam and focuses her practice on patent preparation and prosecution. Her fields of specialty include technologies implemented in connected and autonomous vehicles, software implemented in various systems and online services, machine learning, image processing, automated robots, and warehouse management systems.

Prior to joining ALG, Ms. Nguyen worked as a patent engineer at a U.S. patent firm for almost 6 years. Before law school, Ms. Nguyen worked as a patent engineer at a Vietnamese patent firm, focusing on entering international patent applications into the Vietnamese national phase. She also worked as a software engineer in an R&D Department of a multimedia company in Vietnam.
